State officials are now looking at the possibility of dissolving the city of Detroit. Basically throwing up a white flag, and giving up any hope of rehabilitating the rusting relic of the automotive boom. Decades of poor leadership and changing economics have taken their toll on Detroit, and it seems the city's now on life support. It may only be a matter of time before the Federal government may be forced to bail it out.
